✦ VINYL NIGHT ✦
at The Heartbeat of the Axis
The needle descends.
The grooves awaken.
The Axis begins to turn…
Tonight, we gather within The Heartbeat of the Axis for a ritual devoted to the sacred art of the full album.
No shuffle. No skipping. No fragments.
Only the journey as it was meant to unfold — from the first whisper of Side A to the final fading groove of Side B.
Three musical guides will step behind the decks, reaching into their collections to summon albums worthy of being heard whole — strange treasures, timeless favorites, hidden masterpieces and records that open doors to places only music can reach.
✦ 7PM — Jaz SpiritHeart
✦ 8PM — SEV
✦ 10PM — Jessi
Come settle into the glow.
Hear the soft crackle before the first note emerges. Feel the room shift as the record begins to spin. Follow each album through its shadows, colors, rhythms and revelations until the needle reaches the innermost groove.
For one night, we surrender to the record.
One album. One passage. One shared vibration.

Vinyl Night at The Heartbeat of the Axis

When Jaz SpiritHeart first stepped upon the Burn2 playa, she knelt upon the silent desert and dug her hands deep into the dying earth. Into the wound she poured a sacred elixir entrusted to her by her ancestors, a final memory of a world that once knew how to listen.
The earth trembled. From beneath the playa slowly awakened the ancient Heartbeat of the Axis Cacti Sentinel Tree, its roots reaching into forgotten realms while its branches searched the heavens. Around it, pillars of dying earth rose and spiraled upward, awakened by the Sentinel and glowing with the colors of the chakras, forming a sacred path toward the heart of the gathering.
There, the Hand of SpiritHeart reaches toward the sky as music becomes its pulse. Each beat travels through root, stone, spirit, space and time until every soul can feel its reverberation.
And through that eternal heartbeat, the four worlds become one:
Below. Here. Above. Beyond.
Listen closely… the Axis is alive.
