Burn2 Incident Report Form

Policies

Use this form to file a report on an incident. It will collect information involving possible violations of the Linden Lab Terms of Service, Burn2 Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct for Leadership violations. The information provided will be reviewed by the Burn2 Regional Contact and Ranger Co-leads, who will assign two investigators to follow up. You will be able to give approval of the two investigators before they begin. If necessary, the case may be escalated to the 007 Team.
