With great glee and inspired excitement, we announce the upcoming BURN2: Carnival of Mirrors. The event will take place through October 25th with over 130 builders and artists who have left their mark on the virtual playa for you to explore. We have updated the performance schedule this year and there is much to see and do! Look for the main stage performances and the Dept of DMV Art Tours listed on the schedule at the top right corner of this page.
The Lamplighters procession and opening ceremony was yesterday. It was so well recieved, that lag threatened to interfere. The Lamplighters persevered and eventually arrived in two groups at the Temple. We will have more Lamplighter processions to come for those who did not make it.
We will keep to tradition for 2015. The Burning of the Man is on the 24th and the Temple Burn is on the 25th.
There is so much to see and do, you will not be dissapointed and you will need to come back more than once.

Man Burns will be at 6am, 12pm and 6pm SLT on the 24th. On the last day the Lamplighters will perform their last processions at 5am, 11am and 5pm SLT – one hour before each Temple Burn. Also on Temple Burn day, Lamplighter processions will pause along their route at Center Camp for a short Fire Dance performance before continuing the procession toward the Temple.
