The dates are set, and also the theme, thanks to the input of our Burner community! We now ask for you to continue to participate in the creation of the next Burn2 event: Burnal Equinox 2020, set to take place May 1-3, 2020.
The theme is "Between the Stars" and below is the description:
Almost every culture on Earth looks up at the Stars with a sense of awe and mystery, and no matter where they are on the planet, humans have developed ways of looking at the sky and organizing the Stars into Constellations. There are quite a few cultures who have created Constellations based on the dark areas around the Stars, and this is thought to indicate absence.
Thus the theme of "Between the Stars" would be a lovely way to remember our loved ones and ancestors who may now dwell in the Great Rift of the Milky Way, surrounded by the beauty of many suns.
With this theme in mind, we are now inviting Burners to contribute up to three (3) poster ideas for us to use in sharing news about our next event at Burn2.
