Welcome to Camp Una Lux: Rabbit Hole, where the surreal meets the sublime at Burn2’s Curiouser and Curiouser event. Step into the Rabbit Hole Pavilion, a multi-level, sci-fi, playa tech, Neo-tribal structure that pulses with life and light. The pavilion is an airy haven of aged wood, vibrant neon, laser lights, and brilliant paint, crowned by the DJ booth atop the central Power Pyramid—a beacon calling Burners to the heart of this immersive experience.
The walls, furnishings, and structures are adorned with vibrant mosaic bead murals and textiles, each telling the strange and mythical tale of the Rabbit Hole. These intricate works weave a story where Burning Man, shamanic traditions, and the enigmatic White Rabbit of Wonderland converge. In this version of the legend, the White Rabbit is no ordinary guide; he is a Heyoka, a shaman trickster who dances on the edge of chaos and wisdom, leading you deeper into the mysteries of the playa. The secrets of Rabbit Hole’s origins are hidden in these beaded tapestries—can you decipher the truth behind the mythos?
On the lower level, Bar Paradox.e serves up fine elixirs, potions, and cocktails to fuel the night’s adventures, while the Soapbox Stage & Spectator Stand offers a space for acoustic and ambient concerts, bringing moments of tranquility to the chaotic energy. Above, the Burlesque Aerial Arts Ring towers at 28 meters, a dazzling spectacle of gold rods and glass, where the brave perform and the daring run the Rabbit Hole. With room for 21 avatars to race around the outer ring and 14 dancers in the central pole, the burlesque dances and performances are sure to captivate.
Step into Gojira City, an interactive art installation by the brilliant techno-bunny artist Mana Takakura. This playful mini cardboard city is set for destruction, inviting Burners to channel their inner kaiju by donning cardboard Godzilla costumes and unleashing their wildest destruction fantasies. Whether stomping through buildings or throwing in your best Godzilla gestures, it’s a cathartic and mischievous experience for the kid in all of us!
Get ready to embrace the fun, feel the thrill of causing harmless chaos, and collect some Godzilla-themed gifts to take home. Gojira City is where art, whimsy, and nostalgia collide in perfect harmony—just be prepared to watch the city fall!
Shiny’s fleet of Mutant Vehicles are scattered throughout the camp, each one a marvel of creativity, including the three new Pyramid Pods, straight out of a sci-fi comic.
