Burn2 Burnal Equinox 2020

Last November, in the process of discussing events and theme ideas, "Day of the Dead" was suggested. One of the concerns around using the "Day of the Dead" as a theme was about the importance of avoiding any issue of cultural appropriation. The original theme idea for Burnal Equinox is based on the Mexican tradition of Dia de los Muertos, but we want to find another name for the theme avoiding the word dead and there were suggestions of some replacements like ancestors, eternity, souls, spirits. There was also a desire to have a multicultural context.

Your suggestions are requested and welcome. Please also explain your vision of that idea. You are also welcome to suggest a completely different theme, if you wish. We are simply inviting ideas and suggestions.
